SMALL GROUP TRAINING

WHAT DOES IT FOCUS ON?

Our structured strength training programme delivered in 12-week cycles.

Each programme designed and adapted to suit individual needs whilst in a group setting, ensuring you progress safely and effectively over time.

Sessions are limited to a maximum of 6 members, allowing for a more personalised coaching experience with close attention to technique, progression, and accountability.

COMMUNITY CLASS TRAINING

WHAT DOES IT FOCUS ON?

These sessions are designed to be intense, energetic, but flexible.

Each class follows a structured workout, but you choose your intensity and capability based on how you feel that day.

With up to 15 participants per class, this format creates a motivating group atmosphere while still allowing you to train at your own pace and level - and importantly, progress.

We have two membership structures that are tailored to what you’re looking to get from joining the PEAK community.

    • 2 x Small Group Training Sessions per week

    • Community Classes (no limit of classes attended per week)

      Ideal for those who are looking to stay fit, strong and energised with a balanced approach. Two Small Group Training sessions per week and full class access gives you everything you need to feel your best.

    • 3 x Small Group Training Sessions per week

    • Community Classes (no limit of classes attended per week)

      Ideal for those who want to step up their fitness with enhanced structure and further coaching support. Three Small Group Training sessions per week and full class access to progress your goals and ability.

PEAK COACHES.

  • With a background in sport and ongoing experience competing in long-distance triathlons and trail running, Rich brings a practical, real-world perspective to coaching. Having experienced and recovered from a stroke, he also brings a deeper understanding of resilience, recovery, and the value of long-term health. His approach goes beyond endurance alone, blending strength, conditioning, and lifestyle habits to support well-rounded performance and overall wellbeing.

    Rich helps members break big goals down into manageable steps, prioritising consistency and steady progress over rigid plans. He is passionate about helping people experience the physical and mental benefits of a strong cardiovascular engine, while ensuring training fits around life - not the other way around.

  • Josh has dedicated his career to helping people improve how they move, build strength, and increase their overall physical performance. He has worked with a wide range of clients; developing confidence in those stepping into the gym for the first time, improving knowledge and detail for experienced trainers, and supporting older adults in staying active and capable.

    His interest in sports recovery led him to pursue specialist sports therapy qualifications, allowing him to support clients in training safely and managing injuries effectively. Josh places a strong emphasis on education, helping clients understand the purpose behind each movement so they can train with confidence and intent.

    Taking a holistic approach, Josh supports long-term progress by balancing training with recovery.

  • David takes a practical, effective approach to coaching, adapting training to fit real life rather than the other way around. He believes meaningful change comes from small, sustainable habits that support health, energy, and quality of life.

    While his background is rooted in strength, David’s coaching reflects a broader approach to fitness -integrating movement, conditioning, and lifestyle to support well-rounded, long-term progress.

    Through his coaching, he supports clients in working through non-specific back pain by developing core and full-body strength, helping them move with greater confidence and ease. His approach prioritises long-term progress, balance, and consistency, with a strong focus on improving both physical and mental wellbeing.
